My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms were spacious and located on the first floor in the same building as the bus station, which was convenient. However, one of the rooms was directly above a noisy hotel bar, causing disturbance. The service was excellent, with the staff being very friendly and accommodating. The location, while near Trikala's bus station, seemed a bit out of the way for some travelers. The dining experience, although served nicely, lacked fresh vegetables. Overall, a decent stay with some ups and downs.
